At Taima, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Taima account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
